Somatic Habit is a modern/alternative rock four-piece group based out of New Jersey. The energetic group of 20 somethings has created quite a stir since their recent inception. Playing shows in NJ, NY State, and NYC including The Lion's Den, Whiskey Bar, Kenny’s Castaways, SUNY New Paltz, and the famous CBGB’s (RIP), the band has accumulated an overwhelming number of listeners, internet fans, and concert goers, part in thanks to their website, their Myspace, and an article put out by The Bergen Record and Eyeball Records.

They have also prolifically written and recorded over 20 songs in their short span and are eager to sign with a label that will continue to further their future success. Somatic Habit prides themselves on quality music and energetic live performances. They have been compared to the likes of Incubus, Audioslave, Our Lady Peace, and Muse, while capturing their own radio rock niche. The band is nearing completion of their debut full-length album ISM.
